• Items left unattended

• Damage resulting from normal washing procedures

• Pre-existing wear, damage, or manufacturer defects

• Shrinkage, fading, or color bleeding due to fabric characteristics

For Pickup & Delivery services, customers must ensure a safe drop-off location.
